Simeon Marko is an emerging artist based in Boston, Massachusetts. Experimenting across mediums, he investigates the friction between human experience and technology by combining digital and analog methods of production. Through extensive processes of breaking down and restructuring images, materials, and visual phenomena, his ever-changing practice is defined by ceaseless exploration and spontaneity. Engaging subjects such as societal decay, transhumanism, and artificial intelligence, his work retains a perpetual emphasis on the human touch, searching for a sense of place within a machine-mediated world. He has participated in several exhibitions in the greater Boston area, as well as in New York City and Tokyo, Japan.
